Initial Assessment $120 (1.0 - 1.5 hours)
Get to know you and your every day patterns, talk about medical history, listen to your health goals and get the ball rolling on long-term and most realistic plan for you. Resources, food hacks and education will naturally be included in the session. My job is to assess what you need and meet that need. Expect a follow-up email with summary of our discussion, reminders, and questions for you to think on.
Follow Up $100 (allow 1 hour)
Let's find out how your new goals are coming along. Successes? Challenges? Research shows that follow up is necessary for success. In these sessions, we work on maintenance, and fine tune long and short term plans.
Group nutrition class (1.0 - 1.5 hours)
A lot of what dietitians do is debunk nutrition knowledge. Get together with friends, we can find a meeting place (my house can work) and fire away food related questions. A nutrition lesson is given with the remaining time, and is naturally built on questions asked. Snacks, also.
